Jackie is a Brand Strategy Analyst at Innovation Protocol. In her role, Jackie helping clients to create a brand story that is both strategic and differentiated. Before attending graduate school, Jackie gravitated toward opportunities with emerging growth companies, their structures providing the opportunity for imaginative, flexible thinking. Jackie worked with startups such as LiveShop, a B2C e-commerce company, and HRDRV, a community-based record label and creative services platform, helping to develop and implement innovative communication strategies. While in graduate school, Jackie focused on the influence of corporate social responsibility in shaping consumer behavior, designing research projects, moderating focus groups, and delving into statistical analysis, deepening her proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to answer complex questions. A Bay Area native, Jackie holds a B.A. in History from UCLA and a Masters of Communication Management from the University of Southern California.
