As IP’s Operations Administrator, Kelli is the grounding force that keeps the IP whirlwind in check, on time and running smoothly. IP is a whirlwind of programs and initiatives – speaker series, all hands meetings, company events, holiday gifts, and all of the other things that help us express our identity and values. And Kelli sits at the center, trafficking the chaos and orchestrating it into a symphonic hum. Kelli herself is a kinetic ball of energy, having attended six schools, studied four majors, worked in three high profile industries, and traveled to 15 countries. And yet she’s remains balanced and approachable, translating that fierce energy into a force that keeps IP steady and on track.
