PROJECT COORDINATOR, CREATIVE STUDIO

The right candidate will have 3+ years’ experience preparing action plans including timelines, scheduling, resource allocation, and project documentation for a variety of project types. Our Creative Studio is a tight-knit team, not cliquey, so you must be a good person (that should also be a prerequisite for life). We are looking for that unicorn of a person that pays close attention to details, but also dreams of aspirational outcomes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate design team project management activities, resources, and information
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate design project status to all participants
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Help prepare budgets
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Monitor project progress and assist with any issues that arise
  • Use tools to monitor working hours and project efficiency
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive online project structure that includes all documentation, plans, deliverables, and working files
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Reports to and works closely with the Group Creative Director


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Be a self-starter and driven
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Harvest (or comparable tool), and Monday.com (or comparable project management software)
  • No personal ego; just a drive to create productive project gameplans
  • Love what you do, have a great attitude

  • Experience working with graphic designers
  • An understanding of the creative process
